Installation fee is the payment that is charged for installing standard equipment and activating MyRepublic service in your home at the beginning of subscription period.

Installation fee for a new customer is Rp500.000. Note: if there’s an installation promo, the fees will adjust with the ongoing promo.

Here are the standard installation items that you will get: (Tabel 1)

*Type of HDE Box that get an Airmouse:

• HDE Box V8, only the white one

The excess of installation fees will be charged with the following details: (Tabel 2)

For the excess of drop cable, customers will be charge Rp6000 per meter. This fee would be paid to the vendor who installed it, not through MyRepublic billing. However, each customer has a maximum number of cables that can be used for MyRepublic services at home, according to the subscription package: (Tabel 3)

There are 4 ports on our Fiber Router/ONT. 1 port is specifically allocated for internet services, while the 3 other ports are allocated for Cable TV services, in the following order: Port 1: Internet Port 2: Cable TV Port 3: Cable TV Port 4: Cable TV

You will not be charged if the installation of HDE Box is align with initial installation. However, if the request is made after the initial installation, technical visit fee Rp150.000 will be charged. The cable length and accessories provided for HDE Box are also the same. Every month, a rental fee according to the applicable regulations will be charged.

The installation fee will be included in your first month bill.

The costs of excess installation, technician visit, or device replacement will be included in your next month bill.
