Yes, by using the HD Entertainment Box, you will be charged Rp50.000 per unit per month (excluding VAT) as a rental fee.

You can add an additional HD Entertainment Box for maximum 2 TV units. You also need to add the rental fee of HD Entertainment Box Rp50.000 per unit per month (excluding VAT), without additional cost for subscribing TV package.

No, each HD Entertainment Box stands individually, only the package is the same. So that each family member can watch different channels on each HD Entertainment Box.

Yes, MyRepublic allows you to repeat your favorite shows that you missed for the past 24 hours. Catch-Up TV feature will help you to repeat shows based on the program’s title. And you can also repeat the show based on time aired by using Time Shift feature. For now, these features are only available for certain channels.

Your HD Entertainment Box is directly connected to ONT via CAT5 cable and is connected to your TV via an RCA cable for standard TV, or via an HDMI cable for TV HD. Don’t forget to connect your HD Entertainment Box with power cable.

Installation fee is the payment that is charged for installing standard equipment and activating MyRepublic service in your home at the beginning of subscription period.

Installation fee for a new customer is Rp500.000. Note: if there’s an installation promo, the fees will adjust with the ongoing promo.

For the excess of drop cable, customers will be charge Rp6000 per meter. This fee would be paid to the vendor who installed it, not through MyRepublic billing. However, each customer has a maximum number of cables that can be used for MyRepublic services at home, according to the subscription package: (Tabel 3)

There are 4 ports on our Fiber Router/ONT. 1 port is specifically allocated for internet services, while the 3 other ports are allocated for Cable TV services, in the following order: Port 1: Internet Port 2: Cable TV Port 3: Cable TV Port 4: Cable TV

You will not be charged if the installation of HDE Box is align with initial installation. However, if the request is made after the initial installation, technical visit fee Rp150.000 will be charged. The cable length and accessories provided for HDE Box are also the same. Every month, a rental fee according to the applicable regulations will be charged.

The installation fee will be included in your first month bill.

The costs of excess installation, technician visit, or device replacement will be included in your next month bill.

The Public Static IP service is an additional service provided by MyRepublic to residential customers. This service allows you to have an IP that can be accessed directly by the internet outside MyRepublic network. In addition, the customer’s IP will not change even if it used at the different times.

To be able to enjoy Public Static IP service, you must first be registered with MyRepublic internet services, whether internet only or bundling services for internet + TV.

No. The additional configuration of Public Static IP service will be carried out by MyRepublic team systemically so it doesn’t require a technician’s visit. After configuring the service, your IP address will change automatically. Please check your IP address to make sure it has changed to Public IP.c.

Please restart your ONT by turning off the power button on the back, then turning it on again. Please do the double check if your IP has been changed. If your IP still hasn’t changed, please contact our Customer Service team to make sure your configuration is correct

You can use Public IP for the following things below:

• Remote FTP access You can use the Public IP to accessing the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) which can be used to exchanging the files on a network using a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) connection.
• Remote Security Surveillance Capabilities By using Public IP, you can also remotely access your surveillance camera/CCTV installed in your home.
• SSL Certificate for Online Transaction Public IP allows you to secure your data transmission through a website so that your online transaction is more secure.

Besides the examples above, there are many other uses that can be obtained using Public IP. Note: Note: MyRepublic only provides Public IP services. For the setting when using Public IP services like Remote FTP access, SSL connection, etc, should be done by the customer.

We are sorry, MyRepublic only provide the port forwarding guidance on your ONT. As for the device that is connected with Public IP (such as surveillance camera, DVR, server, etc), the configuration should be done by yourself. This is because each device has its own instruction for setting Public IP.
